Some “Before” Pics

We still don’t have the house yet but we’ve been able to get inside a couple of times to snap some pics. I kind of feel that house suffers a little of the “no hanger appeal” deal. You can see in these pics. The place just looks a little drab and dusty. The upside is that I think a lot of simple make overs (painting of walls, furniture and accessories, sweeping out and organizing the yards) teamed with a couple of semi-major upgrades (floors, maybe some ceiling redos, fireplace revamp) will definitely up that curb appeal.

The pics are of the backyard, the kitchen, and the living room and dining room space.
